The Malaysian Recycling Empowerment Association (PERKESA) opens opportunities for foreign and local students pursuing academic programs related to recycling, sustainability, and industrial innovation to participate as Student Associates under PERKESA’s International Collaboration Network.
This initiative aims to build a new generation of environmentally responsible professionals who will lead the global shift toward a green, circular, and sustainable economy.
Students, graduates, and researchers from recognized institutions and universities local or international who major in or specialize in the following areas are encouraged to register:

2. Global Internship & Job Placement – Collaborations with international recycling groups, smelting and metal industries, and environmental innovation firms to create global job and internship opportunities.
1. Career Pathway Support – PERKESA connects students with reputable companies, industries, and government-approved recycling facilities in Malaysia and abroad.
3. Academic-Industry Collaboration – Bridging universities, technical institutions, and industries to support research, green technology transfer, and innovation in recycling processes.
4. Youth Empowerment for a Circular Economy – Equipping the next generation with skills, integrity, and vision to lead Malaysia and the world toward a sustainable industrial future.
