The Malaysian Recycling Empowerment Association (PERKESA) is committed to advancing Malaysia’s recycling, metal, and circular economy industries through unity, integrity, innovation, and national collaboration.
Who We Are
PERKESA is a nationally registered non-governmental organisation under the Registrar of Societies Malaysia (ROS), established to represent and elevate Malaysia’s recycling and base metal industries at the national level.
We provide structured representation for recyclers, traders, manufacturers, and sustainability stakeholders — facilitating policy dialogue, industry coordination, and strategic collaboration across public and private sectors. Through advocacy, engagement, and partnership, we strengthen Malaysia’s recycling ecosystem.
