The Malaysian Recycling Empowerment Association (PERKESA) is a national-level non-governmental organisation (NGO) dedicated to advancing Malaysia’s recycling industry through unity, innovation, and empowerment.
Registered under the Registrar of Societies Malaysia (ROS), PERKESA serves as the collective voice for recyclers, traders, manufacturers, and sustainability advocates — connecting Malaysia’s recycling ecosystem with global environmental and economic goals.
